Reliable. Knowledgable. Punctual. Friendly. Professional. Goes the extra mile. Extremely hard working. Just an all-round brilliant human being. We are renting a house that, to put it mildly, wasn't ready for renting. We had a big cockroach problem with tree roaches running riot making daily appearances and BJ went over the whole house, sealing up holes in walls and under sinks, and caulking the entire perimeter of the house. Hope I'm not tempting fate in saying this, but we haven't seen a naughty roach since! I would thoroughly recommend BJ.
