Brian is great guy! Very hard working, great service, and attention to detail. I had him take out 3 stumps ( one palm root/stump, one live oak stump, and one moringa plant stump). He had to dig up the palm root by hand and shovel because his machine didn't fit and added rocks at the end to match the whole area. At the end of the service, he showed me his work and I was thoroughly impressed by his attention to detail and customer service. Definitely recommend him! Thank you again Brian!

I reached out to several stump grinders. Brian responded within minutes of seeing my message at 1AM in the morning. Who does that? I met him at my home to get an estimate. He came prepared. His value for the work he did cannot be beat. He did exactly as we discussed. I was so impressed with him I’ve shared him with a contractor and other people. On top of that he is a retired Vet of 28 years. Thank you for your service Brian. Please reach out to him if you have any type of root or stumpremovals needing to be done. Brian did a wonderful job. He was frank and fair while evaluating our situation and stayed that way all throughout the process. He showed up, asked detailed questions, and quickly built a very clear vision of how to tackle the problem and replaced our stumpy eyesore with firm, level ground in a couple hours. Within 15 minutes of posting my request to grind a particularly bothersome 40 year old Crepe Myrtle stump, Brian responded and offered to come immediately. He provided an ETA and arrived on time. He understood the issue and removed the stump. The price was reasonable and he exercised care at the worksite. I recommend him without hesitation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I attempt to be as inexpensive as possible; and although I wont always be the cheapest I can guarantee you will be satisfied with my results. I wont accept payment until you are!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal interaction is something I enjoy and find necessary to provide a good experience for all parties. I will reach out via Thumbtack and offer my cell for direct communications; if the customer feels comfortable with that.
