Steve replaced the rollers on my sliding door. This required two visits, one to measure the parts and a second one to install the replacements. He came when he said he would both times, and was quick and professional. If I have another door or window problem, I'll call Steve.

We needed several window glass replaced and wanted to install a doggie door. Steve was one of our first bids for the work needed and was patient while we obtained another bid which unfortunately took awhile. Once we awarded him the bid, he kept us posted on order and schedule. There was one slight issue with one of the windows and the door but he continued to keep us posted on the status and worked around our schedule to come back and finish the work. Steve was courteous and professional and left the work area spotless.

The owner, Steve Clark, is a consummate professional. He was prompt and was in constant contact throughout the whole process. Felix, the installer, took his time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend.

All my window repairs will be handled by 5 Star Door and Windows. He had the best quote and each time I spoke to him he was professional and courteous. We did not get our window repaired as we closed on our house and it wasn't apart of the buyers request to replace. But when I do need glass repair, I will contact Steve with 5Start Doors and Windows.
