Great service low cost we has dalworth and kiwi come out but charged us over 100 more than Dfw did.

Terrible experience with this vendor. Use at your own risk. They will sweet talk you into any and everything to get your money and once they do, it is downhill from there. They have two people calling one is the supposedly the manager and the other calls himself the assistant manager. They were supposed to go clean a house at 12:30pm but did not show up until 10pm. Stain removal was included in the package but the asst mgr showed up alone and asking me to contact their tech to talk about the stain removal and to stretch the carpet. I DID NOT ask them to stretch the carpet and wasn't interested in anything else they offer. I informed the assit mgr that i have stains, hallways and stairs included and paid way more than other quotes i got simply because they sweet talk you and make you believe they will do a really good job and treat your carpet to your delight. Unfortunately, since i won't carry on the carpet stretch conversation with this guy, i left him to complete the work but to my surprise, he left without doing the agreed upon job. Whatever was done is unacceptable (if anything at all). The carpet was about the same way it was when they visited the house and the job i have contracted them to do is never done.
I actually thought they left because there was nothing much you could do at 10pm and they decided to do it in the morning. I sent a note to the mgr and asst mgr on thumbtack and received a response that they were done with the house. Of course, i took it as a joke since they told me they will do video and send it me when the job is complete. Didn't received anything. I called them and they no longer pick up my calls. Just beware of Denton Carpet Cleaning so you don't fall victim.
Thumbtack offers great service by providing this platform and providers like this can make it a nightmare for customers like you and i. I have called thumbtack to let make sure they are aware of this group of people that defraud users and customers on this platform. Since i cannot reach them, i will reach out to however i can to make sure they don't get away with this.
