That was probably the fastest I've ever seen carpet taken up. They even swept and disposed of the carpet after they were done. So friendly, explained what they were doing in detail (to satisfy my curiosity), didn't damage the floorboards, and overall did a great job!

Nelson was awesome! We are in the middle of trying to sell our house and needed he carpet in the room replaced ASAP. He was quick to respond and was at the house the next day. Within an hour and a half he had removed the old padding and installed the new padding and carpet. We will definitely be using him again!

Our service man was awesome. Did a fantastic job of stretching our carpet. He was professional, courteous, highly skilled and worked quickly. I would most definitely recommend him and will use him again if the opportunity arises.

I appreciated working with Nelson so much! After two other carpet installers had looked at our stairs and walked away, Floor Master Installation came to the rescue. They were extremely responsive, accommodating of our pressing schedule, and did the work at a very reasonable price. We are holding onto their business card for any future projects and plan to re-hire.
