- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are willing to take the time to walk you through each step or method before moving on to the next one. Many chefs do not have the patience to teach, nor do they remember when they were first learning themselves, which can cause gaps which you may be unaware of until you try to re-create something you were taught.
