This guy is an absolute charlatan that I will not hire. He came in with three other guys filming himself. He gave me the most ridiculous quote (appx 4x as much as it should be), without taking any measurements, and then told me I owed him $40 for it. No one else charges for quotes. He literally did nothing. No professionalism. No apparent skill for doing the work. No integrity.

Hello John, I apologize to hear that you've had this experiance with us. We charge a flat rate based on the ammount of time it takes for us to complete the work accompanied by a 2 year warranty. We do charge a $40 estimate fee like many other companies to cover the time and travel expenses of our technicians. You will find as you gather additional quotes that we gave you a very fair price for this project. I totally understand if its not a great fit for your budget. Regards, Fixit DFW Handyman.
