- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with a consultation, to find out where the client currently stands and what their specific goals are, we talk about health history, past exercise history and what it would take to get to the set goals. If the client has no clear goals, we work together to create goals we can achieve together
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ACE and NASM certified and have over 7 years experience as a full time personal trainer with experience as a military fitness leader and as a former Drill instructor in the US Air Force.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It began with my passion for fitness and my own desire to be the best athlete I could be during my athletic career. I had some friends who wanted me to help them get fit, and I shortly thereafter realized I had a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals, and the rest, as they say, is history!
