What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing for doors, openers and services provided. We can share these directly with customers. We don't share here because of competitive reasons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll provide an initial quote for requested service and detail exactly what services will be provided. We'll provide a full inspection and diagnosis onsite without any additional charges and offer detailed recommendations to the customer with very competitive and fair pricing. Once approved by customer, we'll execute as planned and provide a 90-day no-cost warranty for all service work performed (lifetime warranties with any parts, doors, and openers).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineering degree from University of Texas at Dallas, garage door installation and repair training from Hollywood OVerhead Door, GDS and Liftmaster.
