We have several solutions for all types of chimney caps and termination caps. With that in mind, safety is our number one concern. Fireplaces and chimneys can be a mystery to the untrained eye, often developing issues due to aging, weathering, or misuse. Before any work is performed on a fireplace, we conduct a thorough top-to-bottom visual inspection. If the unit passes inspection, a cleaning will be carried out. Should repairs be necessary, a comprehensive quote will be provided. Every appointment includes “Fire School,” an opportunity for you to learn about your fireplace in depth and ask any burning questions you may have. Different fireplaces require specialized skills to diagnose issues. I have worked on all types of fireplaces and have encountered nearly every problem. We realised just before the storm that our fireplace is not getting ignited. When reached out, Jeff helped us by troubleshooting over video call and resolved it patiently as it took sometime for us open the frame. He is very professional and calm all through the call. If he wants, he could have charged hundreds due to the storm but he graciously waived the charges. Really recommend him for his knowledge and work ethic.
