DWF came out to clean the carpet in the home I'm trying to sell. There are 2 areas where the stains didn't come out and they said they would have to come back after it dried to redo. I try calling them and I get no answer. They claim they can be reached 24/7 but I only get instant message and I don't do IM. I want to speak to someone.
I need these stains removed and I am willing to pay but they just don't call me back.
I am 95% satisfied.
