- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates! We provide mold testing for $150 that helps to determine mold levels and types of mold present to verify if our services are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule an in-home inspection to meet the customer and to take a look at the home to determine a few things. 1) If mold is present 2) What types of mold are present 3) If affected areas are dry. We're often called after there's been leaking or water damage, and our dry-fog isn't recommended for wet surfaces. Space will need to be dried out before we can treat the area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are CMI and CMRC Certified through Micro. We are licensed through Pure Maintenance, which is our parent company based in Utah. We use their patented technology for our dry fog solution.
