Great experience!! Ivory moving really took great care of us, they were punctual and very good at keeping me updated as to when they would arrive. They took extreme caution with our fragile items, I even told them at one point to not worry about protecting an item and they went ahead and protected it anyways saying they would rather be safe. They were great to deal with and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for some heavy moving! We will definitely use them again if we move again!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is as follows: In-house moving: $100/hr! Single truck moves: $100(insurance) In city(15 miles or less) $115/hr- 2 men 1 truck $130/hr- 3 men 1 truck City-city moves $125/hr - 2 men 1 truck $135/hr -3 men 1 truck (All pricing includes protective padding, tools, assembly + disassembly, appliances, and stairs) 2hr minimum! Payment accepted: cash, check, zelle Saturday and Sunday moves must be booked before Saturday! Handyman services prices may vary!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you book with Ivory Moving Services within 30 minutes of contacting us you will be called by a professional who will take the time to understand what exactly you need done. We will not wait all day to call and most of the time will call back in a ten minute frame, booking and going over insurance and times to start the jobs.
