- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My training commitments are month to month with a 30 day notice. No hassle involved. I offer commitment incentives on 3 months or more training packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will give a brief overview of the process that my typical client will go through. People reach out to me predominantly for weight loss and muscle tone and so I will give an account from this perspective. First is to understand their goals. This is when their problem has been met with my solution, married to a road map to get there. Here's the overview process. Before and after photos, a sensible meal plan and nutritional accountability, weekly and/or bi-weekly assessments, weekly check-ins, off day workouts, and other accountability measurements that are needed and specific to my clients progress. Sometimes more or less is needed but, that will be specific to my clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! There's so many different programs that's out there, neat equipment, and training styles that a true professional will have to stay on top of to keep their clients motivated and engaged in your training program.
