First time trained by Jornel yesterday and I love his work ethic. He was very punctual for my training, great head start. Work quality was amazing. He sounded very confident and on point. The way he gave directions were so crystal clear, I was able to follow through no problem. If there were a moment I got confused, he immediately finds alternatives for me to understand. I may have met him once. Yet, he already earned my trust for me to improve my boxing skills. I believe that he's a professional at what he does. He has the heart of a true teacher. Someone who's willing to be patient and point out mistakes without doubts. That's the kind of trainer we all desire to have. The trainer that we need. I can't wait for my second session! Cheers!

Jornel is a great trainer. He knows when to push you and learns how to get you to your goal within a session. He never judges and is really laid back. He is very knowledgeable in fitness and has proof to back it up. Love working with A1. I can highly recommend if you’re looking for a personal trainer.
