- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an inspection visit to property, to determine the exact customer's needs: dimensions, type of glass, if window glass replacement, any grids, dividers, low E, type of sealers on window and outside to prevent from leaking or heat coming in. Provide quote/bid, have order on production and proceed to installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Techs must reach certain levels of training, including: Glass Knowledge, cutting, installation as well as fabrication process and the protocol that it includes. Safety Procedures on New Construction site. Insurance safety process.
