- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$250 for 8 sessions a month (typically 2 sessions a week - 1 hour) semi private meaning you are willing to share your time with other people. $500 for 8 sessions a month - private - you and me only If you are opting for semi private you do not have to know or bring in others to share your time. You may or may not be doing the same workout depending on your fitness levels and personal goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At your consultation we will discuss your goals, your current fitness habits and how you want to see them change. If weight loss is a goal, we will discuss your eating habits and how you want to see them change. We will discuss any injuries or accommodations you may need. Your first session will be a fitness assessment, weighing and measuring. After I've determined your goals and seen your movement patterns we will outline together a plan for short and long term goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Cooper Certified personal trainer and a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor with over 1500 teaching hours. I've been certified since 2010. I am CPR and AED Certified as well as a Certified TRX Trainer.
