- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fair and reasonable and probably the best you will find for the quality of work provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a new customer would like to walk the premise with me as I assess the problems, they are more than welcome. A quote will always be provided and approved before any work is completed, so they know exactly what to expect and no surprises upon completion. If additional problems arise after uncovering the customer is notified immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education every 2 years.
