Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you! Chris Hill has challenged his staff to make each and every training session tailored to not only push the client to limits they would never achieve alone, but also to be educational in areas like nutrition. Each personal training client goes through a comprehensive evaluation resulting in an individual exercise prescription designed specifically for him or her. The staff begins to build an honest relationship with each client letting each know they are not alone whether the goal is to lose weight, to gain weight, or just to achieve a better level of overall fitness.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer camps at 5:15am, 8:00am and 6pm. Our 5:15am class is held Monday-Friday. Our 8:00am class is only held on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Our 6:00pm class is only held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. You are welcome at any time you like during camp! Gyms are great, but if you are looking for a change in yourself and your environment, then we are just what you are looking for! Expect Results when you complete our camp!
