I had a retaining wall of railroad ties lining a driveway that started falling apart due to rot and age. Sergio responded to my thumbtack request and met me the next morning. He bid a fair price and started work the next morning. He finished the job in one day and I was impressed with the quality of the work he did. Based on my experience with Sergio on this job, I'm sure I will hire him again at some point and would recommend him to those that are looking to hire someone that offer his services. Didnt show up, no communication. When I finally got a hold of them, they said they were delayed because of weather and then gave me an outrageous quote for leaf raking. When I told them that thumbtack gave me a much lower estimate, I was told they had they had to pay for the lead on thumbtack and the thumbtack estimate was too low and to find someone else. No negotiating, no nothing.
