- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Lil Bit Handy we support our military families and offer a 10% discount for them. We also offer a 5% discount for LCH and CCL licensed Texas residents because we support the right to bear arms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call, email, or text, and we will get to work making a plan to get done what you need done in a suitable time frame and within your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have between the current employees here at Lil Bit Handy an electrian with over 7 years of experience in the commercial and residential industry, construction experience, over 10 years of apartment maintenance and make ready experience, 7 years of HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation experience we also have epa certified worker, 7 years of automotive repair and service experience. We even have someone with a degree in electrical engineering with a sub in solar and wind.
