Introduction: It's really cliché to say, but it's all about reward for me. I enjoy what I do because I acn work hands on with both types of technology; software and hardware on the computer repair end, and graphic/web design on the web production end. So I like it, but there's also something special about seeing a smile on a person's face after I've fixed their computer -- whether I'm installing a new power supply or fixing a virus. Technology is such a vital part of today's life, many people can't live without it. They panic when something is wrong with their computer. I'm able to quickly remedy the situation, and get their lives going again. It's nice.

Always. Whether it's keynotes or reading tech articles. I'm always informed to keep you informed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love technology! I've always been drawn to it since I was a child. I'm a huge Apple Nerd, and that was pretty much my first calling. Eventually, I wanted to learn all about Android, Windows, and other tech. I'm not exactly sure why I love technology, but I knew I wanted a job doing something in it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus removal and tech help, hands down.
