Introduction
As Lubbock's premier guitar studio, Brandon Guitar Studio has provided the highest quality instruction to beginners and professionals in West Texas since 1980. Our staff of expert instructors carefully design their curriculum to match each student's specific goals. We teach all ages and all styles of Guitar, Ukulele, Upright and Electric Bass, Banjo, and Mandolin!
We find that using songs to teach concrete technique and musicality is the most satisfying way to learn how to play Guitar, and students have the option of choosing whatever song they would like to learn! However, we also teach strategic exercises and other fundamental practices if there is a technical issue that is difficult for the student to overcome. Our joy is in creating a thriving Guitar Community in Lubbock with our successful teaching program of nearly 40 years.

Both of our children take lessons from Brandon Guitar Studio and they have a great time while learning something new at each lesson. They love their time with Jared and are motivated to be better musicians. Jared is encouraging and fun while being informative and interesting for both of our kids' very different personalities. I was amazed by the things they learned even after one lesson.

Very professional learning environment for new and old guitarists alike. The teachers are eager to set and help you reach your goals and push you to be the best. The staff is very polite and willing to help you work around schedules by offering Skype lessons if I was out of town. Jared made learning fun by allowing me to play music that interested me. Overall, from my nine years of lessons from Brandon Guitar Studios, I can honestly say that I have gained valuable experience that I could have never gotten elsewhere in Lubbock. They have definitely earned my five star rating!

Brandon’s studio is a professional atmoshpere. I have been pleased with the lessons provided me and the practice music given to me until the next week. Sean is my instructor, and he has been great as well. He truly is an ambassador of professionalism, and he shows true compassion for his students.
