Hello, I have been on thumbtack for over 10 years and have worked in the Austin metroplex where I was a Top pro for a majority of that time. I recently relocated back to Lubbock to care for my elderly parents. I grew up in Lubbock, went to wolffarth elementary, Mathew’s learning center, Mackenzie jr high, and graduated from Coronado high school. I went to Texas Tech for a few semesters before I decided to move to Austin for 35 years. I am able to bring you quality workmanship with a fair price.

Ronald was amazing and he really helped me out of a jam. I needed about 12 pieces of furniture assembled in one day and there was no way I could do it as many of the pieces were large and too heavy for one person. He committed to the job on a Sunday with one day advanced notice and stayed all day (9-6pm) assembling beds, dressers, TV stands, sofas, etc. and all were done with professionalism and perfection. I would without hesitation use Ronald again and recommend him to others if what you seek is professional service with a great outcome.

I hired Ronald to assemble 6 different pieces of furniture. He arrived right on time, set up his work area, & continued to work until the jobs were complete! He did an excellent job putting everything together in a timely manner. He was very respectful of our home & personable/easy to talk to. Also, he is very knowledgeable about a lot of home related items & was willing to look at an air vent that was rattling. Even though he was hired to assemble furniture, he was happy to help me resolve this extra issue I was having. I will definitely be hiring him for future handyman jobs! I can’t recommend him enough!

Ronald was fantastic. The job ended up being much more complicated than I described as one of the legs to the bed frame snapped. Ronald made quick work of the L-shaped desk assembly and then went above and beyond with the bed frame. He came up with a great solution to fix the broken leg and made the bed frame work which was very relieving. He took a lot of stress off my plate and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend!!!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I owned a restaurant for 20 years and a bar for 10 years. I was always having to fix something or paint something. I remodeled the restaurant 3 times and expanded later on. I built the bar from the finish out inside a shopping center. I learned how to do everything myself to save time and money. I've had plenty of practice through the years.
