- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair Pricing! My time is your time. 30-45 minute sessions to stay efficient and maximize value. I offer a monthly membership plan that reduces cost by allowing you to buy my time at a cheaper rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to consult over the phone first to see if our schedules match, and to get an idea of what the customer needs. If I believe that I can satisfy those needs, we set up a face to face consult to start the process.
