- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I make sure my pricing is fair and the customers feedback is always welcome. I do my best to work with the customer. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 10+ years in customers service and sales that really help me in making the customer happy, and I have 5+ years of painting and remodeling experience and I am confident I can take care of any painting needs the customer might have.
