I've been in the property development business for over 20 years. I take pride in the work I do and more so in my customers' appreciation in coming home proud to see the quality of work done to their property. Here at Sanders and Son property development llc, we do it your way, the most cost-effective way, but not at reducing the quality of the work or look. We let you know when we're coming, how long it's going to take, respecting our customers' time. We also service lawn care and landscaping for commercial and residential up to 5 acres. We take emergency home repair calls( such as leaks) and also scheduled home repair( plumbing, handyman, electrical, hvac, general capentry, bathrooms, kitchens, exterior power washing, and gutter cleaning). We always beat out the prices of the major companies with better quality work and a live person to talk to about getting what you want done right the first time.

I give this pro 5 stars! He was quick to respond, gave a fast/reasonable quote and showed up the next day. Right on time, wonderful craftsmanship and fast! He repaired a door for us. Photos before and after. We would use him again.

They did not complete the job according to the signed contract. First, the contract stated that they agreed to move the electrical switch, but when the work began, they said it would cost an additional $400 to relocate it. After discussion, they removed the extra charge for the switch relocation ($150). Second, they did not paint the door and left the trim painting incomplete. Based on these issues, I believe they demonstrated unprofessional work ethics in completing the job. Other than these issues, the rest of the work was acceptable.
