I've been in the property development business for over 20 years. Here at Sanders and Son property development llc, we do it your way, the most cost-effective way, but not at reducing the quality of the work or look. They did not complete the job according to the signed contract. First, the contract stated that they agreed to move the electrical switch, but when the work began, they said it would cost an additional $400 to relocate it. After discussion, they removed the extra charge for the switch relocation ($150). Second, they did not paint the door and left the trim painting incomplete. Based on these issues, I believe they demonstrated unprofessional work ethics in completing the job. Other than these issues, the rest of the work was acceptable.
