Desmond did a great job. He replaced 3 existing light switches that connect to a ceiling fan and light. Sounds pretty easy, but the existing switches were not connected to the wiring and were battery powered. Desmond figured everything out and got it working.

Pro repaired 4 drywall holes and repaired a popcorn ceiling in my kitchen. He did a wonderful job of matching the texture so it doesn't stand out as repaired. He even fixed a few spots extra. I highly recommend! Photos show before and after.

It is always hard to estimate a project right. And when you got a surprise, schedule is at risk. I requested a home improvement that required heavy electrical wiring in attik. When it come out as much more complicated job that it was expected to be, Desmond quickly come for rescue with his team, and the work was completed on time.

They did not complete the job according to the signed contract. First, the contract stated that they agreed to move the electrical switch, but when the work began, they said it would cost an additional $400 to relocate it. After discussion, they removed the extra charge for the switch relocation ($150).
Second, they did not paint the door and left the trim painting incomplete. Based on these issues, I believe they demonstrated unprofessional work ethics in completing the job. Other than these issues, the rest of the work was acceptable.
