Introduction: iChoosefit is an all-inclusive, group fitness program-- a minimum of three days per week nutrition coaching with full access to all other locations. The program is categorized into three days: strength training, boot camp boxing and traditional boot camp. Strength training will turn your body into a fat-burning furnace by building lean muscle that will burn calories even in your sleep. The strength training includes kettle bell training, sand bag training, medicine balls and pull-up machines. Boot camp boxing is a fun, full-body workout that requires less running to get more cardio. Runners love it because they are not getting much of out the 15-20 minutes of running in other boot camps. They normally run to the front and even if there are other campers who challenge them, it simply does not challenge their bodies. Runners rave about boxing because they feel their entire core. It is not boring like a gym workout, and after a three-minute round they are out of breath as if the performed fifteen minutes of fast-paced running. "I can run on my own, but I cannot get boot camp boxing anywhere else." Beginners love it because they have a hard time with running. Beginners have commented on how it is discouraging to feel like they are holding back the group. They love boxing because they receive a total body workout and receive the same benefits as an elite athlete with a three-minute round! Day three is a traditional boot camp where we take you through a fun workout.
