- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are affordable compared to the competition yet we provide professional quality and friendly service. We make our booking process very easy and provide ala carte, as well as package options to fit almost every budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon deciding to book us we will email you a quote to review and accept. You may also add on any other options such as green screen, red carpet entrance etc, should you choose. We provide a very easy to use booking process. Deposits and payments may be made online along with signing our digital contract. We also provide a convenient payment plan option. You will also have our phone number should you like to talk or meet in person. After your contract is complete and deposit is paid, we will begin working on your custom photo strip about 3 weeks before your event. You will be able to make a few changes if needed and approve the final work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS Degree in Business Education and a MA in Human Resource Management.
