Juan and Alex at J&A contacted me immediately and performed an onsite work evaluation right away. I considered the final cost reasonable given the scope of the job. Actual work happened within a few days of acceptance. Overall I am pleased with the results of this project.

Love, Love, Love the project Dfw's J&A Landscapes, Inc did for me. My existing shrubs were out of control, due to lack of maintenance. The beds were full of weeds and old mulch. I was initially contacted by Alex. Alex and Juan came out within a day and gave me an estimate for what I wanted done. The price was very fair and competitive with the marketplace. Alex was great to work with, as she scheduled the project to be started in about one week. Juan and his team showed up as scheduled and completed the project in great time. They trimmed the shrubs, completely cleaned out the beds, added new mulch and installed new stone borders. Everything looks better than I imagined. The picture I posted is the completed job. You can see the there are two bed areas, one if front of the garage and the other on the right behind the driveway. I would definitely recommend Juan and Alex, of Dfw's J&A Landscrapes, Inc. The crew with J&A Landscapes were a pleasure to do business with in regards to having sod put down in my yard. They worked so hard and the yard looks fabulous. The crew arrived early in the morning and stayed late until the entire job was finished. They cleaned everything up before they left. I would and will be using them again for projects. I could not be any more satisfied with their service.

I was extremely pleased with this company. They gave me a quote for my yard and it was completed the next day. They were punctual and their customer service was excellent. The work they performed was great, it was a night and day difference. I would definitely use them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually set an appointment with our client to take a look at the job and what the customer needs. We give our recommendations and if customer approves we start working on it as scheduled. We like to create a good communication with customer in order to meet their necessities and leave them smiling.
