- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer various levels of pricing to fit all budgets and meet your needs. We also offer a loyalty program, referral discounts and promotional pricing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process would be an initial consultation to discuss the client's needs and expectations, budget, and availability. From there, if the client chooses to reserve a date, a non refundable reservation fee would be made upon booking and contract signing. Payment plans may be made depending on how far out from the date of service we are. Payment may also be made in full if client chooses. From there, I do a follow-up and confirmation weekly or bi-weekly up to the date of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken multiple college courses as well as attended training seminars, webinars, and completed over 40 hours of internship.
