Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I’ve been in this business for 5 years, I’m reliable. Some of my competitors are more pricey and take advantage of customers and doesn’t always fix the issue. I take my time with one problem at a time to be more effective in my job. I specialize on computers, hard drives, and game systems as far as repairs and customizations. Unlike most technicians, I don’t take the system with me unless necessary, essentially to know exactly what you’re getting. I also do some light automotive work, mostly with electrical for auxiliary lighting and side markers, however, I don’t do much for mechanical work for others. Looking forward to help many people out.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    College education and self-learning.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Honestly, I started working on my own lawn equipment, home electronics, and gaming systems before I even started gaining interest in repairing a desktop. I stumbled across my childhood desktop, which was an HP 753n, and went to college to learn how to maintain and repair desktops.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I’d advise customers to do their research and ask the technician questions. A good technician worth their salt will take their time to explain things in a way that the customer will understand and not make the customer feel uneducated by speaking in technical terms.
