I would definitely use him again. He was on time, price was reasonable, and removed everything that I wanted. If you are looking for someone that will do the job right and not rob you blind, look no further than Cesar's.

Cesar came to my house to evaluate my project. We agreed on a price, it was reasonable. The front of house where shrubs and mulch are needed to be redone. He pulled all the shrubs out regraded the whole area. We went to a nursery where he advised me on good quality shrubs to purchase. A total of 19, of different variety. He worked all day Saturday he didn't finish because we ran out of time. He was back first thing Sunday morning and worked for about 5 more hours to finish the job. The whole time consulted with me to make sure it was to my satisfaction. He cleaned up the whole area. Cesar takes pride in what he does. He stayed until it was perfect. I highly recommend Cesar.
