Carlos from CRV Construction guided me through the entire process of getting my new roof. He helped me work with my insurance and even assisted in securing additional coverage for other areas of my home. The work he and his crew did was outstanding. If you need your roof replaced or repaired, you need to hire CRV Construction! Carlos Ramirez, the owner, is professional and thorough. He also speaks both English and Spanish, so communication was easy and clear.Our insurance company sent us a letter saying due to recent hail storms our roof was damaged and in need of replacement. My husband and I spoke to other roofers before talking to Carlos at CRV Construction, and those roofers told us they recommended we pay for roof replacement out of pocket because trying to get insurance to cover it was a waste of time. However, Carlos told us he has extensive experience dealing with insurance companies and that he would handle the process for us...and he did! The insurance company dragged things out over a couple of months, but CRV dealt with the insurance company and kept us updated. Once the insurance situation was settled, the roof replacement process was incredibly quick and easy (and paid for by our insurance). We agreed on a date and picked the shingle color, and then his crew showed up on time, protected our pool, left items neatly stacked overnight, and finished our whole roof (about 2500 sq ft.) in 2 days! Super professional and efficient! We highly recommend CRV Construction for roof replacement or repair.
