- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and competitive. I will not charge for unnecessary equipment & process like some videographers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with 1) interview to gain an understanding of the potential customer’s vision. I’ll assist with developing a vision if they don’t have one. 2) determine location & schedule time to view the venue. 3). Prepare a comprehensive proposal for customer review. 4). Execute contract for scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received training via various filmmaker workshops & DJI workshops including lighting, sound, & post production color grading.
