At Blue Otter, we keep pricing simple and upfront. A $39 dispatch covers on-site diagnosis and is credited when you approve service You’ll get a clear written quote—including labor, standard materials, haul-away, and cleanup—No Surprises! 0% APR financing available for plans up to 24 months on approved credit. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. For speed please contact Blue Otter on Thumbtack with a note describing your concern, photos or video. 2. We reply fast and offer a same day or next day arrival window. Currently weekends are for emergencies only. 3. You will receive automated status updates of your appointment through you CRM. 4. Our licensed technicians perform an on-site diagnostic to provide a written accurate and transparent flat fee estimate. The $39 is credited when you approve service. 5. No pressure ever! Take your time. We answer questions, explain options, and help you choose what fits your home and budget. We care about your home and business like it was our own. 6. Once you approve the written estimate, we schedule the work quickly at a convenient time. 7. We complete code compliant work to manufacturer specifications, test everything, and leave the space clean. We take extra precaution to protect your property against any unnecessary damage during service. 8. Final walk through performed after service. 9. Warranties: We stand behind our work and are always here to help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our field crews pair seasoned journeymen with supervised apprentices to deliver consistent quality on every job. Every technician is carefully vetted and background checked. We are fully insured, so you can open the door with confidence. We invest in training. The team completes continuing education and code update classes each year, and receives manufacturer training on the tools and equipment we use most. Safety is non negotiable. Our crews hold OSHA, confined space, first aid, and CPR certifications. Every installation follows manufacturer specifications and local code across DFW.
