The work quality is great. Helped us out to fix the main shut off valve by calling the city. Their employee is prompt. I think the price is reasonable. They are available the following day I called them. Overall, I recommend them.

They were very responsive & professional & did not try to talk us into something that we didn’t need. We had an outdoor faucet that was leaking & just needed the backflow preventer replaced. Another company tried to tell us we had to replace the entire faucet. Great work at a great price. We will definitely be calling them soon to replace some indoor plumbing. We were very happy with Blue Otter Plumbing. They were responsive, and came out immediately to check in the problem and stabilize it until they could fix it. Handled permit with the city easily, and pulled inspections in a timely manner. I would 💯 recommend. 1. For speed please contact Blue Otter on Thumbtack with a note describing your concern, photos or video.

3. You will receive automated status updates of your appointment through you CRM.
4. Our licensed technicians perform an on-site diagnostic to provide a written accurate and transparent flat fee estimate. The $69 is credited when you approve service.

6. Once you approve the written estimate, we schedule the work quickly at a convenient time.
