Irvin did an outstanding job helping us with a serious issue in our attic. We had a dead rat up there, and several other pest control companies either said it was impossible to remove or quoted us outrageous prices. Irvin was the only one who stepped up with confidence and a clear, professional plan. He explained everything upfront and executed quickly and efficiently. His process was thorough and structured: 1. Located and removed the rodent. 2. Properly sealed the roof to prevent any future rodent entry. 3. Performed full sanitation using hospital-grade materials to clean and disinfect the affected area. What impressed me most was how focused he was on keeping my family safe throughout the entire process. He worked carefully, professionally, and with urgency. Irvin is communicative and was punctual. He was flexible with timing and was available. He was super knowledgeable and helpful about all questions we had. Great experience overall. Set rodent traps in the attic and full border/home spray for bugs. Also doing a backyard fogging.
