I had a 3 bedroom apartment that suffered through a dog apocalypse. Our roommates dog essentially had diarrhea for 2 months. Carpets were awful and covered in stains. Mason came in and did an awesome job for a reasonable job in fixing it up, and the carpet looks brand new. He did everything he could was timely and fast. I would definitely hire this guy again without a doubt. He's a nice guy and really good at what he does.

Mason was the most professional Carpet Care technician that I've ever had clean and care for my carpets. Zerorez cleaned the 2 years prior, he showed me all of the foam residue that was left in my carpets from them. He also cleaned the tile and grout in bathroom that Zero couldn't clean. One last thing, there was an area in my living room (3' x 2') in front of sofa that Zero said would never come clean, guess what its clean now! He gives only a 30 minute window and he was ahead of schedule. Give him a try, you wont be disappointed.

We love new customers. Friendly service and communication is our first priority when a new customer calls us for pricing and describing their cleaning needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years in the industry including training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the floor cleaning industry in 2007 in St. Louis, MO working under a large company. From there I branched off to start a new company in Honolulu, HI. After 8 years in Hawaii, our family business has relocated McKinney, TX. We are excited to be part of this wonderful community and look forward to serving our community.
