- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will depend on the specific job. Jobs may appear to be something you've encountered before but turn out to have different little twists here and there. All users are not the same so the issues will vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial introduction of myself and approach that will be taken to get the issue resolved. During the resolution phase, updates will provided throughout via text, email, or phone call to keep the customer at ease until completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of work experience in the telecom industry.
