The booking was easy and getting to pick the songs we wanted to hear was great. At the event the lights and sound were great but the DJ was very boring. He didn't interact at all with the crowd and gave the impression he didn't want to be there. Also, we had a song picked out as the last song of the night to say goodbye to the guests and it didn't get played, that was disappointing.
Next Episode Photo Booths provided DJ services for my wedding. Dwayne was awesome! He was able to work with me and my busy schedule! He helped make our big day perfect. We received so many compliments about the music and DJ.
For our wedding, we were scrambling for a DJ at the last minute, as we decided to add one for our reception. All I have to say is thankfully someone suggested I use Thumbtack. After sending out my DJ request, I immediately received several inquiries. After talking to several DJs on Thumbtack, I knew Tommy Chambers was the one. He was very kind and reasonable to us. After meeting him in person, we were able to talk out the details. He was very professional and had everything ready for us. We were able to walk away from our meeting knowing we made the right choice and knew Tommy would be great. Tommy was very helpful during the wedding and reception. There was a last minute change, which Tommy was able to accommodate himself to our request (playing music during the wedding ceremony). He arrived early and ready. The wedding reception was wonderful and we know that Tommy played a key part. He was very kind to us and we are thankful we used Tommy Chambers. Great dj. Has a great selection of songs for karaoke. I go to Katie at Plano bowl where he djs every weekend and is a blast.

My experience with Eric started the night before our event. I was shocked to find out he could still accommodate us, despite the short notice. Not only that, but he was also willing to give us a discount as we are a 501(c)(3) organization, however, it's incredibly rare to find a vendor willing to do that this late in the year. Once he got to the event, it was clear that this was the primary attraction at the party. The event was three hours long, but the band only was to play the last 1.5 hours, so without Eric, his positive nature, and efficiency in managing the mass amounts of people wanting a photo - we would have had a fairly bored audience! Thank you Eric and thank you Star Light Group Entertainment. I loved watching y'all in action, smiling, taking pictures, but doing it in lightning speed. You have given everyone a little something tangible to keep from the Party with a Purpose. And that means the world!
Jeff was fantastic, extremely organized, great music choices, and really flexible. We had to change venues last minute and he never flinched, and all the guests said he was one of the best DJs they've had for a wedding and kept everyone energized.
I was able to book Dj General mealz for my organization multiple times. He was very professional, reasonable price wise and played a variety of Music .. more than what I've encountered for an organization social event. I will definitely book him again!!

1 of a Kind Karaoke DJ'd my wedding in September. They were absoultley wonderful! Lisa made sure to stay in contact with me before the wedding and we went over and changed the music list a bunch of times (Indecisive bride)! She was always very easy to work with! During the wedding they were very professional and kept the party going! They are wonderful people, with great prices, wonderful attitudes and I could not have asked for better service!

I have been honored to have Big Kuntry to DJ at my wedding sept 24th. I am super excited to have him there on this very important day of our lives.
I recently saw Sneaky at a private event in Dallas. He is clearly not your typical audiophile with a collection of tunes, a few lights, and a killer PA system. He arrived early, had done his homework to know his crowd, and had a knack for pulling people onto the dance floor and keeping them there. When appropriate, he knew to let the music do the talking, but also how (and most importantly, when) to interject witty dialog with the guests to tie together the evening's events. I didn't personally hire DJ Sneaky, so I can't speak to the cost/value proposition. I can speak to the fact that myself and the other guests found him not just knowledgeable about the music and artists, but approachable and friendly. This isn't always the case with some other DJs who bring an ego as large as their collection of tunes.
