FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I love to talk to the client about what exactly they are expecting and what they need assistance with. Getting to know the client and understanding what they need allows for fluidity when I am executing the work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became my mothers official "personal assistant" at the age of sixteen. She was extremely busy and needed someone who could tie up loose ends for her. I would schedule various apt, handled incoming emails, carried out background research on various subjects, arranged travel plans and maintained her overall schedule.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project that I was assigned was to plan a routine servicing on a clients vehicle. This was very simple task in and of itself. However, because I did background information and planned accordingly, I was able to notify the client that they qualified for a free loaner car while their own vehicle was being worked on. The client was pleasantly surprised to hear this and was also grateful that I extended the overall requirements of the task in order to better suit their needs.
