- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I estimate materials for the customer and it’s the customers responsibility to pay for the materials they want installed. I charge labor based on the questions answered on my questionnaires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for the basic contact information and then listen to what the customer wants. Then I send a questionnaire to get the most out of the way and then meet the customer to see the actual work site and ask for either a sketch or arquitectural plans. This will reduce most mistakes during construction. Specially if it’s a remodel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate of science and 10 years of experience in the field building and managing up to 100 people.
