1. Initial Contact with customer 2. On Site evaluation and Diagnosis 3. Provide an estimate to our customer 4. Repair or Replacement Service 5. Customer Walkthrough 6. Payment 7. Customer is them prompted to share experience and educated on the steps needed to keep garage door running smoothly.
