I reached out to them after getting an instant booking then it was denied from someone else. They responded in less than 2 minutes. I was told they could do it from 5-7pm. They came 30 minutes early, and only spent 5 minutes hanging it. I learned that the tech owns a local ice cream shop and offered a discount. Ali, he was great. Liz the customer service personnel, she was awesome in her communication and expectations of service. I will be booking again within the week.

We had the best experience with Ace Proficient! They were able to squeeze us in last minute for a TV mount installation, and clearly communicated the price breakdown and what we could expect. Mohammed installed our TV above the fireplace, and he was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to listen to what we wanted, gave us his honest opinion in terms of what would look best, and did such a terrific job! Our new TV looks spectacular above our fireplace and we could not be happier! Would recommend these guys to everyone!

Most of our services have flat pricing, in case there is an uncommon project we will send one of our technician with deductible inspection fee. Once someone uses Ace Proficient, they will have discounts on every next service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're a new customer, we will get your information and we will set the appointment based on your preferences. You will pay the service fee whenever you are satisfied with the project. Make sure to ask for any changes or additional requests before the tech leaves your location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
