Being full service means that we take responsibility for total completion of a project. We also firmly believe that we should provide cost effective alternatives which decrease material and labor costs while maintaining or increasing quality and function. Our customers are provided with alternatives and they can decide which is best for them. We strive for transparent pricing. We DO NOT add surcharges for material. You pay what it costs for major material. Labor charges INCLUDE costs for consumables such as wall anchors, nails, screws unless stated differently in the quote. We DO NOT require money upfront. The only exception is for 3rd party manufactured items such as cabinets. In these cases you pay the cabinet maker directly and know EXACTLY what you are paying for. We will pickup and install. If the project is large enough we will have progressive billing terms based on portions of the project that have been completed We have some established pricing for some job types Ceiling fan install: $75 Dog door install (in a door) : $75 Dog door install (through a wall): $190 Exterior door install: $195 Exterior door install + paint: $245 Interior door install: $125 Interior door install + paint: $155 Pickup door(s) from retailer: $60 We also provide a door service to provide additional security. We can install a 30" steel plate secured to the door jamb with 3" screws. After installation it is virtually invisible. It was tested at one of our customers that had a break-in, After we fixed it and added our steel plate another forced entry was attempted and was unsuccessful. The door and the door jamb held strong and no further damage was done. Price for retroactively adding this security = $175 per door. Price for adding this security during a new door install = $25 For handyman type tasks we have graduated pricing to fit your needs. The more work you give us, the cheaper it is for you. When quoting we provide WORST case pricing and will never upsell. Based on 1 person standard MAXIMUM charges are; 2hrs = $130 4hrs = $250 6hrs = $360 8 hrs = $440 As an example if you as a customer previously paid us at the 2 hr rate and you call us again for another 2 hr job, we charge based on the 4 hr rate / hr, It is our way for thanking you for another opportunity to serve you.
