Customer explained that someone in her home had gotten mad and thrown a wrench down out of anger and knocked a hole in the lvp flooring, they had been trying to repair the floor for several days. They had used a tool to remove the piece that was broke and in doing so had broke the edge of every plank it was attached to, I explained the with the type of flooring it was that to repair it correctly the flooring from the broken pieces to the wall needed to be removed. She didn’t have time for that because she had someone looking at the house in an hour and she had 1 piece of new flooring but it was broke as well from them tying to repair it themselves. I tried to put the floor back together but the damaged flooring from where they had removed pieces got worse. At that point she accused me of blatantly breaking her floor because I was just wanting to sell her new flooring. I don’t sell flooring and I’m for sure not a scammer. I go above and beyond for every customer I work for. Please read every review I have and you will see what I do for my customers. This type of flooring is not easy to repair unless you remove it from the wall to the bad spot. Thanks for reading this.
