- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the nature of the job the start rate is $40 an hour for a normal service call(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet, get job description, come up with a bid(unless hourly rate is set),start and then complete job to customers satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 6 yrs I was a maintenance manager for the number one property managment company of the nation ,The Gables Residential.whom sent me to trades school for Electrical,plumbing,air conditioning,heating, appliance repair,and pool operations.i also have 8yrs experience as owner of new construction drywall co.
