It was a really rough visit from the start due to a miscommunication. I needed the cord to my dryer changed out from a 3plug prong to 4plug prong however he understood it as an outlet switch. Unfortunately he was not extremely familiar with that process and he was completely honest in that. However we decided together to still give it a shot. I was pretty frustrated because honestly I just didn’t understand the work that came with it. In the end he showed true resilience and was committed to solving my problem. I’d like to commend him for his professionalism, being on time, and being able to communicate through problems. He apologized for the miscommunication and my service was completed. No harm no foul.
