Saud was prompt & professional—he & his crew had helpful suggestions, were fast, & did quality work—the new wood they laced in blended seamlessly with the original floors. Of course, the hardest part was choosing a color…ended up going with a mid-tone (DuraSeal, Chestnut) with 2-coats poly (BonaDomo, Satin):

Saud was a top notch contractor. He was super responsive, professional and fair. You could tell he was doing the job the right way and wasn’t trying to cut corners. He even fixed and had to deal with some issues from our previous contractors. Saud even helped us look at another flooring issue we were having we mentioned when discussing the rest of the house. Oh and not to mention we got a furniture delivery while he was working and even helped with that! Hands down best contractor we’ve worked with in San Diego. If you ever have a floor that needs repaired, Saud is your guy. He left our space good as new and did a great job cleaning up as well. If we ever have flooring needs again we’ll no doubt call Saud!
